The Office of the General Counsel advises on issues relating to the ownership, construction, and management of all real property and facilities of the University, including maintenance of buildings and grounds, housing, zoning issues, environmental issues and the use and occupancy of University facilities. Attorneys negotiate, prepare and review documentation relating to real property transactions.
