The Office of the General Counsel advises on leasing, management, housing and landlord/tenant matters as they relate to real property owned and/or managed by the University. Attorneys may negotiate, prepare and review documentation relating to real property transactions where the University is the landlord or the tenant. 

The Office of the General Counsel supports University Services in providing services to the campus community, including housing, dining, parking, events and mail delivery services.
