The Office of the General Counsel provides legal services to support the University's research mission. This includes reviewing research agreements and advising on regulatory matters pertaining to research. Attorneys also assist the Office of Technology Licensing with respect to negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts, resolution of disputes arising under existing contracts, and guidance on intellectual property issues and disputes.
