Biography
Kevin Licciardi advises on a variety of issues pertaining to University research, including sponsored research, grants, collaboration agreements, export controls and trade sanctions, human subject research, and research ethics. He also focuses his practice on issues arising out of the University’s international activities, such as study abroad, global seminars, and Princeton’s foreign engagements. Finally, he serves as the office’s primary liaison with the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, a Department of Energy national laboratory, managed and operated by Princeton.
Prior to joining the office, Mr. Licciardi served as Associate General Counsel at Rutgers University, and as a litigation associate with McCarter & English, LLP. He started his legal career as a law clerk for Justice Jaynee LaVecchia, Associate Justice, the New Jersey Supreme Court. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers University.
